Shipping and Service

We will ship items within 2 business days of receipt of order. Please include a daytime telephone number so we may contact you with any questions we may have regarding your order.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items. Your shipment should be received within 3-10 buisness days. If you need expedited delivery, please email us or contact us directly at 908.879.1717.

Returns & Refunds

APPAREL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON APPAREL ITEMS

Merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.


Due to credit card processing costs, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund.
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item.
Returned merchandise must be in its original packing material. Enclose a copy of your invoice and return to:

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (ex. FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt.

Midnight Owl is not responsible for items damaged in return shipment.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.

There no exchanges on Custom orders.

We do not accept C.O.D. on returns.

If item has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials. If possible, send us a picture of the damaged product for inspection.

We will replace free of charge through a UPS claim.

Credit card will be refunded once merchandise has been received by the store. We will refund original credit card receipt.
